2. User Responsibilities & Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the app, including but not limited to artist profiles, venue profiles, business profiles, event listings, messages, comments, and media uploads.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit that content.
• The content is accurate and not misleading.
• You grant ROCK! AWAY! Summer Fest a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringing on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of any party.
• Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
• Spam, phishing, or deceptive in any form.
• Malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the app or its users.
• Impersonating another person, artist, venue, or organization.

4. Content Moderation

ROCK! AWAY! Summer Fest reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or moderate any user-submitted content at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to artist profiles, event listings, photos, and messages. We are under no obligation to retain or display any submitted content.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or permanently removed for violations of these Terms, including submitting prohibited content, abusing other users, or engaging in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion. If your account is terminated for violations, you may not re-register.

6. Festival Schedules & Content Changes

Festival schedules, event listings, lineup information, artist appearances, venue details, and all other content within the app may change at any time without prior notice. ROCK! AWAY! Summer Fest makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any schedule or event information. Always verify details directly with event organizers or venues.

7. Intellectual Property

The ROCK! AWAY! Summer Fest name, logo, app design, and original content are the property of ROCK! AWAY! Summer Fest. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. Artist names, images, and music remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the app will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROCK! AWAY! Summer Fest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or attendance at festival events.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted within the app. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
